Hidden Level is a Syracuse, New York-based airspace-monitoring company developing passive radar and radio-frequency sensing for detecting and tracking crewed and uncrewed aircraft. Its public materials describe hardware, software and an Airspace Monitoring Service for defense, critical-infrastructure and public-safety customers.

The company says its passive sensing approach can monitor RF activity without transmitting energy and can integrate with existing command-and-control systems. Hidden Level’s government work includes a $10 million APFIT project for tactical passive radar and the 2026 $100 million Other Transaction Authority award covered by FlightBrief.
