Described Skyfront’s Perimeter 8 as a tethered multi-rotor for surveillance. It is a hybrid gasoline-electric long-endurance octocopter and is not tethered, as Skyfront told us. The row now carries the company’s own figures.
Drone delivery guide and Part 135 delivery operators table
Said the seventh Part 135 drone delivery certificate had never been publicly identified. It had: the FAA names Drone Express (DEXA) of Dayton, Ohio, certificated in April 2025, and DroneLife reported it on 17 April 2025. The table now carries the row and the guide names all eight.
Said the FCC exemption for Blue UAS platforms ends on 1 January 2027. The FCC extended it to 1 January 2028 on 21 July 2026. The guide now gives the 2028 date.
Part 135 delivery operators table
The Amazon Prime Air row listed two US markets and one announced. Amazon reported eleven sites in ten metros on 20 August 2026. The row now carries that figure.
